It seems were are still having intermittent problems with the Order Form. The Video Catalog Order Form comes through every time, but we are not sure that the regular Order Form is getting through EVERY time.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT WE ACKNOWLEDGE EVERY ORDER RECEIVED via personal email within 24 hours. If you place an order and do not receive an email from me, please email me or contact me via (813) 752-7700 to let me know you placed the order. If the Order Form does not come through and I do not hear from you (if you did not receive an email confirmation), I will never know you placed an order.
