I really couldn't begin to thank you enough for all the kind emails, the thoughtful cards, and your prayers throughout the past five months. It has been a long five months, but the future is much brighter now. We spent Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine's Day in the hospital, but it looks like we're going to miss Easter in the hospital (yeah!).
During these past few months, I have spent only the amount of time on the computer necessary to conduct GWTW Memories' business transactions and have done very little posting on this board. When sickness comes to your loved ones and you can't really help except to be with them, priorities get changed pretty quickly. Throughout the years, so many of our 'customers' have become very dear friends and it is during such times as we have been through the past few months, that we are reminded of true friendship.
To EACH and EVERY ONE of you who have reminded us of that fact, we sincerely thank for your concern and kindness. We both are currently sick with a cold, but Jim is progressing well. Now, if we could only snap our fingers and help him gain that 35 or 40 pounds back, we'd be all set. Sometimes I look at this very thin man and almost wonder who he is. I never thought I'd get excited to see him finish a small sandwich, but I do. God has been merciful to us and we thank Him for his goodness.
Now that the Strawberry Festival is over and that is behind me for another year, I have a lot of catching up to do with postings and hopefully by Monday, I'll have some of the new products up for your consideration. We have wastepaper baskets, wonderful color photos, candles, domed lunch boxes, compact mirrors, business card holders, pill boxes, mini magnetic signs, mini mugs, etc. There will also be more new GWTW items released during the summer.
