Since many of you have been asking about flowers for Fred, Terry expresses the following:

"In lieu of flowers, if anyone would like to pay tribute to Fred, it would be an honor for them to send a donation in his name to the Diabetes Association. I know it would have the greatest benefit to research and find a cure for that horrible disease. Please thank them all on behalf of our entire family for their heartfelt outpouring of love and sympathies."
