In doing another followup to my previous calls to QUILTING TREASURES trying to persuade them to secure the license to produce Gone With the Wind quilting fabric, they told me today they are now working with Warner Brothers and hope to have things finalized soon. I will be calling back around July/August to get an update on their progress.

In looking at the Wizard of Oz and various other movie/TV themes they have produced, they certainly do a wonderful job. So, if you are a quilting enthusiast, we'll keep our fingers crossed that we will soon (not right now, but later in the year ....) have GWTW quilting fabrics. Their selection of The Wizard of Oz is super, so I am sure whatever they choose for GWTW will be great, too.
