I have returned from the "frozen north" and I sure am glad to back in sunny Florida! I attended the 100th Birthday Celebration of Clark Gable in Cadiz, Ohio -- the 15th Gable birthday celebration for the Clark Gable Foundation.
As you can see from this photo, I woke up Friday morning and looked out the hotel window to see it was snowing. It snowed most of the day on Friday and it was C-O-L-D! It was great to be able to spend time with friends (Herb Briges, Patrick Curtis, Mickey Kuhn, John Clark Gable and their lovey wives) and to get to know Cammie King-Colon a little better. As usual on our trips, we didn't get too much sleep, but we had a great time enjoying the fellowship and scheduled activities. I also was pleased to see several of my customers (some were web site customers whom I had never met personally) -- is always neat to see how close someone comes to what you had pictured in your mind (chuckle).
When I get caught up with my orders and emails, I'll share some more information and photos regarding the Gable Foundation's special celebration.
