Plate No.4 of this series from The Bradford Exchange, has Scarlett looking beautiful in the red/burgundy dress she wore to Ashley's birthday party. The figurine is full dimensional and is affixed to the plate (approximately 5-1/2 inches tall). A wonderful "addition" and something different, for the plate collector. Heidi Oberheid is the artist.
